DavidDennis has proven his leadership skills through his military service. Dennis enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam war and following his promotion to staff sergeant he was selected for a commissioning program where he worked his way up through the ranks retiring as a colonel after 29 years of service.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and education from Fort Hays State University. He earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and has more than 25 hours of additional graduate credit and certifications from Cisco Systems Inc and Oracle Corporation. His military education includes Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College and Air War College.
He has lead organizations of more than 1,200 people and managed a budget in excess of $125 million per year. He organized and led the first-of-its-kind logistic program in the former Soviet Union where he worked with ministerial level leadership in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakstan and Belarus.
